The Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show 2026 dazzled with Kylie Jenner debuting the $50 million Fantasy Bra, Adriana Lima’s record-breaking return, and Ravleen Varghese’s runway debut. Iconic supermodels and an all-women music lineup added to the spectacle, making it a memorable event that reignited the brand’s legacy.

The Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show returned to Los Angeles this year, and Kylie Jenner was at the centre of the conversation, wearing a $50 million Fantasy Bra that soon took over our feeds. From Adriana Lima’s return to the runway to Ravleen Varghese making her debut, the 2026 show brought together familiar faces and new names. Here’s everything you might have missed:

Kylie Jenner Wore the $50 Million Fantasy Bra

The Fantasy Bra was back, and Victoria’s Secret certainly didn't hold back. Making her runway debut for the brand, Jenner wore a $50 million creation designed in collaboration with Jacob & Co. The piece featured 4,410 natural diamonds, including a 75.54-carat Fancy Vivid yellow diamond, making it the most expensive Fantasy Bra to date.

But the price tag is only part of the story. The bra was made entirely of gold and diamonds, with no fabric, and took 15 artisans more than 1,000 hours to complete. The stones came in seven different cuts, including pear, marquise, oval and radiant, with the design inspired by Jacob & Co.’s Rare Touch jewellery collection. Making a piece of high jewellery move and fit like lingerie was no small feat: the team worked from Jenner’s exact measurements to ensure it could move naturally with her body.

The Fantasy Bra had not appeared on the runway since 2018, when Elsa Hosk wore the Atelier Swarovski version. The tradition began in 1996, when Claudia Schiffer wore the first iteration in a print campaign.

Indian Representation at the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show

Triptii Dimri, the brand’s first-ever Indian ambassador, attended the show in Los Angeles in a black lace-and-mesh bustier paired with a silver-embroidered skirt, feather-trimmed detailing and sheer tulle layers.

On the runway, Malayali model Ravleen Varghese made her Victoria’s Secret debut. Originally from Kodumon in Kerala’s Pathanamthitta district, Varghese has built an international modelling portfolio that includes work with luxury fashion and beauty labels.

British Indian model Neelam Gill was also part of this year’s cast, returning after walking the show in previous editions. Luna Yohannan, meanwhile, the New York-born model of Indian and Dominican heritage, returned to the runway after her appearance in 2025.

Runway Moments That Stole the Show

Bella Hadid kicked off the show in a spring-inspired look featuring lime-green lingerie, a matching miniskirt and oversized wings covered in floral appliqués. It marked the first time she had opened the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show, despite having walked the runway in 2016, 2024 and 2025.

Another moment that stood out was Barbara Palvin’s return to the runway, just six weeks after welcoming her first child, a daughter named Sylvie, with husband Dylan Sprouse on September 7. Her walk turned into one of the most talked about moments of the show.

And then there was Adriana Lima, who returned for her 21st Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show appearance, the most of any model in the show’s history. Having first walked for the brand in 1999, Lima has been part of its evolution across decades. She closed this year’s show in an all-white lingerie ensemble and dramatic wings. Alessandra Ambrosio also marked her 20th appearance, while Candice Swanepoel made her 14th. Elsewhere, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley returned to the runway after 16 years, and Elsa Hosk made her comeback after an eight-year break.

An All-Women Music Lineup

The musical line-up was a show in itself. Tate McRae made her Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show performance debut with her new single, Housewife, taking to the runway in a custom crimson look featuring a red lace corset, matching garter belt and sheer thigh-high stockings.

KATSEYE brought different energy to the PINK segment, performing Pinky Up and Animal. Four members of the group—Daniela Avanzini, Lara Raj, Megan Skiendiel and Yoonchae—appeared in coordinated corset tops, pleated miniskirts and fishnets, with neon-pink accents completing the looks. Their set leaned into the playful, high-energy aesthetic of the PINK line.

Megan Moroney brought country music into the mix, opening the show in a white corset, miniskirt and oversized pink wings, with a glittering guitar adding to the look. Megan Thee Stallion, meanwhile, closed out the performances in a futuristic silver ensemble, pairing a lace top and sparkling stockings with dramatic metallic wings. Together, the four acts made this year's all-women line-up one of the show's key talking points while the Angels took to the runway.

Between the $50 million Fantasy Bra, the supermodel comebacks and a new generation of names making their mark, the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show gave the internet plenty to talk about this year. If the reactions across social media are anything to go by, the Angels are still very much in business.
