Actors Vishal, Sai Dhanshika Announce Their Wedding Date
The Tamil actors announced that they will get married on August 29
Tamil actors Vishal and Sai Dhanshika have set their wedding date. The couple will marry on August 29, later this year. The couple announced the news at the trailer launch event of Dhanshika's upcoming film Yogi Da, on Monday.
"I have known Vishal for 15 years. He always treats everyone with due respect. He came to my house one day when I was dealing with an issue. And I loved that gesture. We recently started talking and we realised that this would end in marriage. So we thought, why wait? I just want him to be happy, and I love you," the actress said at the press meet. Vishal reciprocated the feeling and added that their wedding date would also mark his birthday.
The actor had earlier stated that he would get married only after the completion of the Nadigar Sangam building (South Indian Artistes’ Association). During the press meet too, he hoped that the building work would be completed in time by August 15.
Vishal was notably last seen in Adhik Ravichandran's madcap time-travel drama Mark Antony (2023), alongside SJ Suryah and Selvaraghavan. His other release included the much-delayed Madha Gadha Raja (2025), directed by Sundar C. Dhanshika, on the other hand, is known for films such as Peranmai (2009), Paradesi (2013), and Kabali (2016).
