Ranveer Singh at 'Dhurandhar: The Revenge' Music Launch: 'Indian Cinema Ka Mustakbil...'
At Mumbai’s NESCO Centre, Singh joined co-star Sara Arjun and composer Shashwat Sachdev as singers including Jasmine Sandlas and Bombay Rockers turned the music launch into a 40-minute concert ahead of the film’s release.
NESCO Centre's Hall number 5 witnessed Dhurandhar: The Revenge's album launch in all its grandeur and glory as the cast and team behind the film's music interacted with and put on a show for the fans present.
In attendance at the event were actors Ranveer Singh and Sara Arjun, composer Shashwat Sachdev, singers Jasmine Sandlas, Vaibhav Gupta, Shahzad Ali, Khan Saab, Sudhir Yaduvanshi, Bombay Rockers and Reble.
Ranveer Singh who rushed the stage with his unmatched energy was visibly excited and emotional on the evening before the release of what is being touted as Indian cinema's biggest film, ever. "We're so humbled and grateful for the response to the first part of the film. The excitement and anticipation for the second part is unprecedented," Singh said. Speaking about the composer of the album he said, "Shashwat Sachdev is just getting started. He has poured his soul into this album and mark my words he will go down in history as one our best artists." Before going off stage he took a moment to himself and thanked the audience for being there. He said, "I'm too happy to be here. It's a big evening for me. Aur main itna bata dun... ab Indian cinema ka mustakbil, Dhurandhar: The Revenge teh karega (And let me tell you... Dhurandhar: The Revenge will decide the future of Indian cinema)."
Sara Arjun and Shashwat Sachdev also took time to thank the audience for all their love before the night escalated into a forty-minute concert with each of the singers coming on stage to perform their songs from the film. From Jasmine Sandlas and Rebel's power packed performance of 'Main Aur Tu' to Khan Saab, Sudhir Yaduvanshi, Bombay Rockers, Jasmine Sandlas and Reble bringing the house down with 'Aari Aari,' the album launch had the whole crowd grooving.
Dhurandhar: The Revenge releases in cinemas on the 19th of March, 2025.
