The first song from the new-age Netflix rom-com 'Ishq Mein' unveiled at Next on Netflix.
Can a fake relationship survive the chaos of real emotions? That's the question that lies at the heart of Nadaaniyan (2025), a new-age rom-com that features a fresh-faced, Gen-Z duo. Introducing Ibrahim Ali Khan and starring Khushi Kapoor, it is also director Shauna Gautam's debut film.
Produced by Karan Johar's Dharmatic Entertainment, Nadaaniyan puts a contemporary spin on love in the digital age. At Next on Netflix, the team recently unveiled their first song, 'Ishq Mein' composed by Sachin-Jigar, written by Amitabh Bhattacharya and sung by Sachet Tandon, Asees Kaur and Sachin-Jigar.
"Nadaaniyan explores a fresh take on modern romance where digital interaction drives the complexities of young love," shared the team in a statement. "We’re excited for this story to find its home on Netflix, where audiences around the world can experience the energy of first love. Fans will also see Ibrahim Ali Khan make his debut on screen and his fresh pairing with Khushi Kapoor—and we can't wait to share this modern-day love story with everyone."

Set in classrooms and football fields, and also starring actors Mahima Chaudhary, Suniel Shetty, Dia Mirza and Jugal Hansraj, Nadaaniyan is a story about young love, gearing up to be the ultimate rom-com of the season.
