'Mirai' Teaser: A Battle Between Good vs Evil In Teja Sajja's Fantasy

Teja Sajja in 'Mirai'

Teja Sajja is back at it with Mirai, a mythological fantasy adventure, following his successful outing with Telugu film Hanu-Man. The teaser of Mirai was released by the makers and Sajja on Wednesday.

The two-minute video details the adventure that Sajja's character goes on. Set against the mythological adventure genre, Mirai chronicles the exploits of Sajja, who has to take down an evil force with his untapped power and a powerful stick. "9 books, 100 questions, 1 stick," his character says in the teaser, before going off on an action-packed adventure.

The film also co-stars Manchu Manoj, Ritika Nayak, Shriya Saran, Jayaram, Jagapathi Babu, Rajendranath Zutshi, Pawan Chopra, and Tanja Keller, among others, and is directed by cinematographer-turned-filmmaker Karthik Gattamneni (his credits include Ravi Teja's Eagle). Mirai is produced by TG Vishwa Prasad and Krithi Prasad under People Media Factory, and is expected to be released on September 5.

Sajja was last seen in Prasanth Varma's Hanu-Man (2024), a Telugu superhero film co-starring Amritha Aiyer, Varalaxmi Sarathkumar, Vinay Rai and Samuthirakani. The film followed the life of Hanumanthu, who saves the people of his village with powers transferred by Lord Hanuman.
