'Vrushakarma': Naga Chaitanya's Adventure Film Locks December 4 Release

The upcoming adventure film titled 'Vrushakarma', starring Naga Chaitanya and Meenakshi Chaudhary, has a release date of December 4.

Directed by Karthik Dandu (Virupaksha), Vrushakarma was inaugurated in December 2024, with the announcement of its title made one year later, in December 2025. The film is produced under the banners of BVSN Prasad and his company named Sri Venkateswara Cine Chitra and also by Sukumar Writings.

Prasad's banner wrote on X, "The mythical stage is set for the world to witness.. #Vrushakarma grand release worldwide on 04.12.26. A mythical spectacle like never before."

The main antagonist of this movie has been revealed to be Sparsh Srivatsava, known for making his mark in Laapataa Ladies (2023), taking on the role of a villainous character against Naga Chaitanya.

On the technical side, Ajaneesh B Loknath has composed the music, Ragul D Herian is the cinematographer, while editing duties lie with Naveen Nooli. The stunt coordination is done by Tudor Lazarov.

On the commercial front, the makers have signed a ₹48-crore deal with Zee Entertainment Enterprises for the satellite rights for the movie. While most of the plot has been kept under wraps, the film is pegged as an adventure thriller with heavy mythological fantasy undertones. The genre has found popularity in recent Telugu cinema.
