Days after Deepika Padukone quit 'Spirit', actor Triptii Dimri replaced her in the cop-actioner headlined by Prabhas.
What does Deepika Padukone do to find balance in her life? Be authentic, stand by her decisions, and chase inner peace. The actor has recently opened up about the philosophies that guide her life amid the raging controversy over her exit from filmmaker Sandeep Reddy Vanga's Spirit.
Days after Padukone quit Spirit, there were several reports speculating on her exit. Actor Triptii Dimri eventually replaced the Fighter star to feature opposite Prabhas in the cop-actioner.
Later, when reports emerged about Dimri's "bold" part in the film, Vanga took to X and lashed out at the "dirty PR games". He tweeted, "Putting down a younger actor and ousting my story? Is this what your feminism stands for?" without taking any names.
Now, in an interview with Vogue Arabia, Padukone was asked what keeps her life balanced. The actor, married to Ranveer Singh, became a mother last year.
"What keeps me balanced is just being truthful, authentic. Whenever I'm faced with complicated or difficult situations, to be able to listen to my inner voice and just stand by decisions that really give me a lot of peace is when I feel most in equilibrium," she said.
In a separate interview, Padukone also spoke about following her instincts and wanting to collaborate with people she knows she will have a good time working with.
“It's when you shut out the noise around you and just listen to your gut, I think the answers are always there. That's how I'm able to find my balance," she told Harper's Bazaar.
On the work front, Padukone is rumoured to star in Atlee's next featuring Allu Arjun and will also be filming for King, starring Shah Rukh Khan.
