Prime Video on Friday announced the release date of its series, Chaar Yaar. Billed as a crime drama, the eight-episode series will premiere on October 23.

Pink Window Production Pvt. Ltd. produces the series, with Pranati Nagarsheth, Niraj Nagarsheth and P.S. Shyam credited as producers. BBC Studios India developed the show. Waikul, S Hussain Zaidi, Mishra and Sawant are credited as its creators.
Nikhil Madhok, Director and Head of Originals (SVOD) at Prime Video and Amazon MGM Studios India, said the show blends friendship, ambition, humour and twists. He added that Prime Video has consistently backed new talent and praised the performances of the young lead cast. Madhok also credited Waikul’s direction with bringing a fresh flavour to the setting.
Chaar Yaar will be available exclusively on Prime Video in Hindi.
