Charlie Cox reprises his role as Matt Murdock in this action-packed sequel
Once again, Charlie Cox suits up as Matt Murdock in Daredevil: Born Again, the highly-anticipated sequel to Netflix’s Daredevil. The new Disney+ series follows Murdock, a blind lawyer with heightened abilities, as he navigates life in Hell’s Kitchen.
While he seems to have retired from his vigilante role, Wilson Fisk, also known as Kingpin (Vincent D’Onofrio), is making a political move by running for mayor of New York City. However, their old rivalry resurfaces, setting them on a dangerous collision course.
Created by Matt Corman and Chris Ord, Marvel's latest project sees the return of Jon Bernthal as Frank Castle, Deborah Ann Woll as Karen Page, Elden Henson as Foggy Nelson, Ayelet Zurer as Vanessa Marianna-Fisk, and Wilson Bethel as Poindexter or Bullseye. New cast members include Michael Gandolfini, Margarita Levieva and Jeremy Earl.

Dario Scardapane serves as showrunner, while the episodes are directed by Michael Cuesta, Jeffrey Nachmanoff, David Boyd, Justin Benson, and Aaron Scott Moorhead.
This series marks Daredevil’s transition into the Disney+ platform, following Cox’s cameo appearances in She-Hulk: Attorney at Law, Echo, and Spider-Man: No Way Home. Fans of the Netflix series can expect a continuation of Matt Murdock’s story, but with new challenges in the Marvel Cinematic Universe setting.

The series will premiere in India today, on March 5, 2025, exclusively on JioHotstar. Daredevil: Born Again will feature nine episodes, with the first two debuting on launch day, followed by weekly releases every Wednesday.
This highly-anticipated series promises intense action, political intrigue and a gripping continuation of the Daredevil-Kingpin rivalry.
