The trailer of Pawan Kalyan's upcoming film Hari Hara Veera Mallu is out. The period epic actioner is set to hit screens on July 24, 2025.
In the film, Pawan Kalyan appears as the outlaw Veera Mallu, who goes up against Bobby Deol, who essays the role of Mughal Emperor Aurangzeb. Niddhi Agerwal is the female lead of the film. The first instalment of the two-part movie has the tagline, ‘Sword vs Spirit - Battle for Dharma.’
Directed by Krish Jagarlamudi and AM Jyothi Krishna, the film also co-stars Anupam Kher, Jisshu Sengupta, Nargis Fakhri, M Nassar, Sunil, Raghu Babu, Subbaraju, and Nora Fatehi. It has music by the Oscar-winning composer MM Keeravani, camerawork by Manoj Paramahamsa, and art direction by the veteran Thota Tharani.
The movie is produced by A Dayakar Rao under the banner of Mega Surya Productions. Popular producer AM Rathnam will present the movie, which will be dubbed in Hindi, Kannada, Tamil and Malayalam. The film has been facing multiple delays ever since it was announced to be released in March earlier this year. It was first postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and also later when Pawan Kalyan campaigned in the Andhra Pradesh elections through the Jana Sena Party.
Pawan Kalyan will soon also be seen in Ustaad Bhagat Singh. The film, which co-stars Sreeleela, has been in the making for quite some time. It was recently speculated to be shelved, but the producers clarified its release status. Ustaad Bhagat Singh was initially announced to be a remake of Atlee and Vijay's Tamil cop actioner Theri. The 2016 film followed the life of Joseph Kuruvilla, a bakery owner with a young daughter, who is forced to revisit his tough past. But according to reports, the writer-director has now revived the script, and the film will not be a remake.
