Actor-politician Pawan Kalyan and director Harish Shankar have begun filming their new Telugu action-drama Ustaad Bhagat Singh in Hyderabad, marking their first collaboration since 2012’s Gabbar Singh. The shoot began at the Aluminium Factory location on Sunday, with the first schedule expected to run for a month. Kalyan is likely to complete a major chunk of his scenes during this leg.
The project is produced by Y Ravi Shankar and Naveen Yerneni under Mythri Movie Makers.
The cast includes Sreeleela as the female lead alongside several notable supporting actors. Behind the scenes, the film boasts cinematographer Ayananka Bose, music by Devi Sri Prasad, art direction by Anand Sai, editing by Chota K Prasad, and stunt choreography by Ram-Lakshman.
