What happens when a person who lives every day for the thrills marries another who lives to get by? Anandhi and Priyadarshi play a newly married couple navigating life and their differences in Premante, an upcoming Telugu film written and directed by Navaneeth Sriram. The film's trailer, which was recently released, sees the couple bicker their way through marriage, even as a cop threatens to break this union.

Popular television presenter Suma Kanakala and Vennela Kishore play cops in this comedy. The film is produced by Jhanvi Narang and Puskur Ram Mohan Rao, and has music by Leon James. Its prominent crew include Vishwanath Reddy as the cinematographer, Arvind Mule as the art director, and Raghavendra Thirun as the editor. The writing team includes Karthik Thurapani (dialogues and additional screenplay) and Raj Kumar Kusuma (additional dialogues).

Priyadarshi was last seen in films including Sarangapani Jathakam, Mithra Mandali, and Court - State vs a Nobody. Court dealt with the sensitive topic of how the POCSO Act was being misused by a certain section. THR India's review of the Priyadarshi and Sivaji film reads, “Court - State Vs. A Nobody, among many other things, wonders whether there is any fundamental difference in autonomy and rights between an individual aged 17 years and 364 days and one who has fully turned 18, but the writers of the film forget the fact that it isn’t in their purview to question without a clear intent. As much as the opinions shared stem from genuine curiosities, the entire proposal feels empty and misplaced, which doesn’t necessarily work in the film’s favour."
