Balaji Motion Pictures has announced Ragini 3, the next instalment in its horror franchise, positioning it as a “Date Night Horror” entertainer. The film will be headlined by Tamannaah Bhatia and Junaid Khan, and directed by Shashanka Ghosh.

The project marks a new collaboration between Ghosh and Balaji Motion Pictures, following their previous work together on Veere Di Wedding and Freddy. While Ghosh steps in as director, Sahir Raza continues his association with the franchise as the creative force behind the project. The makers state that the latest chapter aims to elevate the scale and presentation of the series.

Produced by Ekta Kapoor under the Balaji Motion Pictures banner, a division of Balaji Telefilms Ltd, Ragini 3 is described as a stylised horror film blending thrills, humour and romance. Further plot details have not yet been disclosed.
