The crime-thriller's domestic gross stands at ₹237 crore, while overseas markets contributed ₹66 crore, solidifying its position as a box office hit.
Kickstarting its weekday run, Drishyam: The Conclusion passed the ₹300 crore mark in total global gross on its fourth day, according to industry tracker Sacnilk.
Led by Ajay Devgn, Tabu, and Jaideep Ahlawat, the crime-thriller earned ₹21.00 crore net in India across 16,274 shows on Monday, bringing its domestic net total to ₹197.50 crore and domestic gross to ₹237.00 crore.
The strong first-Monday performance follows a dominant ₹176.50 crore net opening weekend, comprising ₹62.00 crore on Friday, ₹53.50 crore on Saturday, and ₹61.00 crore on Sunday.
The film recorded an overall domestic occupancy of 25 percent on Monday, driven by strong evening and night shows, which peaked at 26.85 percent and 38.38 percent, respectively. Key territories led performance, with Mumbai recording 33.3 percent occupancy across 1,319 shows, Pune at 35.5 percent across 665 shows, and the National Capital Region (NCR) at 25 percent across 1,809 shows.
Overseas markets added ₹5.00 crore on day four, pushing the international gross cumulative to ₹66.00 crore. Together with its domestic haul, the film’s total worldwide gross now stands at ₹303.00 crore within four days of release.
With this pace, the third installment is already tracking well ahead of Drishyam 2 (2022), which took over a week to hit the ₹100 crore domestic mark before ending its theatrical run at ₹240.54 crore net in India.
Directed by Abhishek Pathak—who took over the franchise with Drishyam 2 following the passing of original director Nishikant Kamat—the feature is written by Pathak, Aamil Keeyan Khan, and Parveez Shaikh. Pathak had previously confirmed that development on the Korean, Spanish, and Hollywood remakes of the thriller is moving at a rapid pace, with filming scheduled to wrap up on key versions by the end of the year.
The ensemble cast includes Shriya Saran, Rajat Kapoor, Prakash Raj, Kamlesh Sawant, Ishita Dutta, and Mrunal Jadhav. Presented by Star Studio18, the Panorama Studios production is backed by Alok Jain, Ajit Andhare, Kumar Mangat Pathak, and Abhishek Pathak.
