The makers of NBK 111 marked Telugu star Nandamuri Balakrishna’s birthday on June 10 by unveiling an action-packed glimpse. Set in 1990s Mumbai, the video shows Balakrishna arriving on a bike and taking down multiple men, highlighting his enduring swag and legacy. Directed by Gopichandh Malineni, the film features music by Thaman and cinematography by Arvind S Kashyap.
To mark Telugu star Nandamuri Balakrishna's birthday on June 10, the makers of the film released a glimpse of the movie. "A lifetime of legacy. A never-before-seen attitude. A level of swag that refuses to age. Presenting #NandamuriBalakrishna like never before," the caption read.
The video, which shows the actor arrive on a bike, sees him take down multiple men in Mumbai in the 90s. Directed by Gopichandh Malineni, the film will be lensed by Kannada filmmaker Arvind S Kashyap, and will have music by Thaman.
The film will co-star Kajal Aggarwal , SamuthiraKani, Manchu Manoj, Sarath Kumar, Abhimanyu Singh, Upendra Limaye, Manish Wadhwa, and Swasika. Nayanthara was earlier associated with the project, but the actress's name hasn't been credited on the video.
Telugu actor Manoj Manchu recently joined the film. "Some birthdays come as blessings. And this birthday has brought me one of the most special gifts I could have asked for… And finally… it’s happening A long awaited combination with our Lion NBK Ballaya anna, under the direction of Gopichand Malineni Garu," Manchu wrote on X.
He added, "A moment that makes this birthday all the more memorable and deeply personal for me. The film will reunite Nandamuri Balakrishna with Malineni after their outing in Veera Simha Reddy (2023), which co-starred Shruti Haasan, Varalaxmi Sarathkumar, and Balakrishna in a double role. Manoj Manchu was last seen in Teja Sajja's Mirai as the primary antagonist. NBK was last seen in Akhanda 2.
