It’s a date. Actors Ahaan Panday and Aneet Padda are set to reunite for the filming of Mohit Suri’s next feature from October. The film is currently in its pre-production stage, and the team plans to begin the principal photography later this year.

According to Pinkvilla, Panday and Padda will begin the film after wrapping up their individual commitments. While previous media reports had claimed that the Yash Raj Films backed feature has been titled Satranga, the publication reported that the movie is still currently untitled.

"There have been several reports regarding the title, but the film was never titled Satranga," a source told the publication.

While Panday is busy shooting for Ali Abbas Zafar's upcoming film and is expected to conclude by July, Padda, is on set filming Aditya Sarpotdar’s horror-comedy Shakti Shalini. Once their projects are complete, both actors will shift gears to Suri's romantic drama.

When the film was announced in April, Suri had called it an "intense romance". "The film explores this unabashedly... so coming back with the same team from Saiyaara feels incredibly special, maybe it was always written in the stars. Reuniting … coming back home .. but with a renewed creative hunger. This time I feel like a newcomer... excited, anxious about this story and I hope my music will again touch people like I have always strived for through my films," he had said.

While Akshaye Widhani, the CEO of Yash Raj Films and the producer of Saiyaara, had said that the team was searching for "something even more honest, more vulnerable and more enduring with our second collaboration."
