

Actor Adarsh Gourav has confirmed his return for Season 2 of Alien: Earth, with production set to commence next month. The new season will also see acclaimed American Peter Dinklage, best known for Game of Thrones, making an entry in the sci-fi series.
Set in the world of the Alien franchise, Alien: Earth is executive produced by Ridley Scott and created by Noah Hawley. Gourav will reprise his role as “Slightly,” a character introduced in Season 1. In the first season, Slightly emerged as a conflicted, introspective figure navigating survival and identity in a hostile environment.
The show’s ensemble also includes Sydney Chandler, Alex Lawther, Essie Davis, Samuel Blenkin, Babou Ceesay, and Timothy Olyphant. The first season which received largely positive responses.
Speaking about his return, Gourav said, “Being a part of Alien: Earth has been an incredibly special experience for me. The response to Season 1, especially to my character, has been truly overwhelming and deeply encouraging. Slightly is such a unique and emotionally complex character, and getting the opportunity to explore his journey further in Season 2 is something I’m really looking forward to. Working with a team led by visionaries like Noah Hawley and Ridley Scott is inspiring in every sense, and being surrounded by such talented co-actors pushes you to constantly grow. I’m excited to get back on set and dive into this world again.”
Dinklage is widely known for his Emmy-winning role in Game of Thrones, where he played Tyrion Lannister. Gourav, meanwhile, has gained international recognition for projects such as The White Tiger. He was recently seen in the Hindi thriller Tu Yaa Mein.
