YouTuber and podcaster Ranveer Allahbadia, popularly known as Beer Biceps, is back to work more than a month after he found himself in a legal storm following a crass joke during the online comedy show India's Got Latent.
Earlier this week, the podcaster filed an undertaking in the Supreme Court saying he would maintain decency in his shows. He had also submitted a written apology to the National Commission for Women for his remarks on Samay Raina’s YouTube show.
On March 3, the Supreme Court allowed Allahbadia to resume his podcast on the basis of maintaining "morality and decency" and keeping the content suitable for viewers of all ages.
Allahbadia dropped the new podcast episode on Monday, where he was in conversation with Buddhist monk Palga Rinpoche. The YouTuber opened up about the "difficulties" he has battled in his life, including tackling his current problems.

The YouTuber also talked about how the current crisis has made him understand the world "better," and said he now wants to "keep working hard"
"The first lesson I learnt from you was that wisdom needs to meet compassion. That has stayed with me ever since. How do I thank you for that?" Allahbadia asked Rinpoche, who advised him to continue the work he has been doing as "millions of listeners have benefited from the podcast."
Before releasing the new podcast, Allahbadia had also shared a video on his Instagram page, thanking well-wishers for encouraging him to get back to work. "It was a challenging phase. There were violent threats, online hatred, and intense media scrutiny, but your messages supported me."
Multiple FIRs were filed against him, along with India's Got Latent participants Apoorva Mukhija aka ‘Rebel Kid’, Samay Raina, and Ashish Chanchlani.
