The trailer of Netflix’s series, Splinter Cell: Deathwatch, features bits from Sushin Shyam’s composition The Last Dance from Aavesham (2022). But the trailer does not name Sushin Shyam or singer Hanumankind anywhere. The composer posted a reply under the YouTube trailer of the series. He wrote, “Thanks Netflix for featuring my track! Would've been even cooler if my name had made it to the credits too.”

Other comments, too, have brought attention to his omission. Netflix has so far not posted any response.

In other news, the music composer confirmed that he will be scoring for Tamil actor Suriya’s next film. Most recently, in a moving moment, Sushin celebrated the gesture of AR Rahman following him on Instagram. On his Instagram story, Sushin posted a screenshot of Rahman’s follow with a message: “This is honestly my first real fanboy moment. Truly grateful for your kind message, sir.” The story featured Rahman's iconic track 'Roobaroo' from Rang De Basanti
