Vicky Kaushal, Katrina Kaif Become Parents To Baby Boy: ‘Our Bundle of Joy Has Arrived’

Katrina Kaif and Vicky Kaushal tied the knot on 9 December 2021, after dating privately for about two years.

Actor couple Katrina Kaif and Vicky Kaushal have announced that they’ve become parents to a baby boy. Kaushal and Kaif took to Instagram and posted a joint creative on Friday, writing that the couple’s “bundle of joy” has arrived.

They welcomed their first child two months after they made the public announcement that they were pregnant by sharing a picture in which they were holding a Polaroid photo of Kaif's visible baby bump, and Kaushal gently holding her.

“Our bundle of joy has arrived. With immense gratitude, we welcome our baby boy. 7th November, 2025. — Katrina & Vicky,” the duo wrote.

Friends and colleagues from the industry congratulated the couple, with Priyanka Chopra, Ayushmann Khurrana, Sonam Kapoor, Arjun Kapoor, Huma Qureshi, and Rakul Preet Singh among others commenting on the picture. Kaif and Kaushal tied the knot on 9 December 2021, after dating privately for about two years.

On the work front, Kaif's post-pandemic movie calendar included Akshay Kumar-starrer Sooryavanshi (2021), horror comedy Phone Bhoot (2022), YRF's spy universe film Tiger 3 co-starring Salman Khan and Sriram Raghavan's romantic-thriller Merry Christmas, which released last year.

Meanwhile, Kaushal had a packed post-pandemic filmography with nine releases, including Sardar Udham, Govinda Naam Mera, Zara Hatke Zara Bachke, The Great Indian Family, Sam Bahadur, Bad Newz and Chhaava, which emerged as the year's highest-grossing Hindi film with over 800 crore global collections. The actor also appeared in two special appearances in films like Shah Rukh Khan-starrer Dunki and Anurag Kashyap's Almost Pyaar with DJ Mohabbat.

Next up, Kaushal is gearing up for the grand release of Sanjay Leela Bhansali's ambitious period romantic drama Love & War. The film, which will open globally next year, reunites him with Ranbir Kapoor after their blockbuster Sanju. Love & War, currently under production, also stars Alia Bhatt.
