Tamil actor Vishnu Vishal has announced his next production. Titled Yellow Yellow Dirty Fellow, the upcoming film will co-star his brother Rudra, and actress Preethi Asrani. "All about hanging between REELS and REAL LIFE Presenting the Title Look of 'Yellow Yellow Dirty Fellow'," the actor-producer wrote on X.

Rudra was last seen in Oho Enthan Baby, while Asrani was in Rathna Kumar's 29. Directed by Krishnakumar Ramakumar, Rudra's earlier Tamil film also co-starred Mithila Palkar and Vishnu Vishal. Meanwhile, the sequel to Vishnu Vishal's hit Tamil film Gatta Kusthi (2022) was recently announced along with a first-look poster and release date. The film co-starring Aishwarya Lekshmi, and Vishnu Vishal, will be out on July 3.

The actor will co-produce the movie under his banner Vishnu Vishal Studios with Vels Film International. The hit comedy released dealt with the story of a man who marries a wrestler. One of the highlights of the film was the interval fight sequence in which the Aishwarya Lekshmi’s character defeats a bunch of bad guys in order to save her husband (played by Vishnu Vishal).

Other returning members include Karunas, Munishkanth and Kaali Venkat. Aishwarya Lekshmi was last seen in the Tamil blockbuster, the family-drama Maaman, starring Soori. She was also seen playing a small role in Mani Ratnam’s Thug Life. Her last Malayalam release was Hello Mummy.

Vishnu Vishal was last seen in 2025 drama Aaryan (2025), alongside Shraddha Srinath. "A setup this good surely deserved a better film, but even in its present form, there’s enough going on in Aaryan to make you want to stay till the climax, even when it feels like the film began with an ending of sorts," read THR India's review of the film.
