Allu Arjun's 'Pushpa 2: The Rule' is breaking all box office records.

Allu Arjun's Pushpa 2: The Rule has created history as the fastest film to clock more than ₹800 cr worldwide gross in four days. The Sukumar directorial, also starring Rashmika Mandanna, and Fahadh Faasil, made a new record in Hindi by recording the biggest single day of all time.

Released on Thursday, Pushpa 2: The Rule enjoyed a solid extended weekend netting an estimated ₹529 cr all-India, out of which the Hindi version contributed over ₹285 cr while the Telugu stood at nearly ₹200 cr.

After three record-breaking days (opening of ₹72 cr, ₹59 cr on Friday, and ₹74 cr on Saturday), Pushpa 2: The Rule had the biggest day on Sunday, where it netted ₹86 cr. With this, the film beat the previous record holder, Shah Rukh Khan's Jawan, which stood at ₹71 cr.

Globally, the film's total gross is around ₹800 cr and will hit the ₹1000 cr mark before the end of the week, challenging and surpassing the biggest hits of the year, including Stree 2 (over ₹860 cr worldwide gross) and Prabhas-led Kalki 2898 AD, which had clocked over ₹1050 cr.

Considering Pushpa 2: The Rule's phenomenal trend at the box office, the film will easily break Kalki 2898 AD's record and emerge as one of the biggest hits of all time. The film, produced by Mythri Movie Makers and Sukumar Writings, will have a clear run at the Hindi box office till Varun Dhawan's Baby John releases on December 25.
