"I’m out there breaking my bones every day; my ribs are fractured; I work despite having trigeminal neuralgia; there’s an aneurysm in the brain, and yet I’m still working. There’s also an AV malformation," the actor said. The star then continued that he is doing high-octane action, stunts, and dance despite his health concerns. "It sometimes pains to walk, but I also dance. All of this is going on in my life."

Trigeminal neuralgia is a facial nerve condition that causes severe, sudden, and electric shock-like pain in the face. A brain aneurysm is a bulge or ballooning in a blood vessel in the brain. Meanwhile, AV malformation is described as an abnormal tangle of blood vessels connecting arteries and veins, bypassing the capillaries, which disrupts normal blood flow and oxygen delivery to surrounding tissues.

On the work front, Khan is currently prepping to start filming his next with filmmaker Apoorva Lakhia. Based on the novel India’s Most Fearless, the film will feature Khan as an army officer. Set against the backdrop of the 2020 Galwan Valley conflict, which broke out between Indian and Chinese troops in June 2020 in the Indian territory of Ladakh.

The film is gearing up to go on floors in July in Ladakh. While other details about the project haven't been out yet, it is rumoured that Chitrangda Singh will join the cast. Khan was last seen in Sikandar, which was a box-office failure.
